Takoshima Cops are the basic enemies found in Takoshima. Unlike most police forces, they are very common around the streets of Takoshima, although they usually do not spawn during higher wanted levels. They usually carry pistols, Pythons, and rarely shotguns, and drive around in 1960s coupes (resembling a toyota corona mark 2). They appear to be obsessed with African-American culture, although they do not understand it well.
