Submachine Guns do not make an appearance in the original Destroy All Humans! However, they are included in the Remake as Thompsons, and are commonly used by both US Army soldiers and early Majestic agents.

Submachine Guns are far more common in Destroy All Humans! 2, with virtually every Military force using them. Intelligence agencies such as the KGB and MI6 also utilize Submachine Guns, with the latter appearing to wield M3 Grease guns.
