Professor Yuki is a minor character from Destroy All Humans 2. She was the ex-girlfriend of Dr. Go! and a former associate of the KGB.
Overview[]
Much of Professor Yuki's history before the events of Destroy All Humans 2 remains unknown, but she had once been romantically involved with fellow scientist Dr. Go. The pair became affiliated with the KGB and befriended by Sascha Soysorski, the leader of the Takoshima City devision of the KGB. They three were close enough to be entrusted with the code to the secret KGB base inside the volcano, each keeping one of its three parts.
However, for unexplained reasons, Yuki broke up with Dr. Go and began a romance with Soysorski, leading the jealous Dr. Go to defect and become the spiritual leader of the White Ninjas. Later, Professor Yuki broke up with Soysorski and left to become a gardener at the Zen Rock Garden at the Zen Temple, likely upon learning of the latter's attempts to assassinate Dr. Go. This event leaves Soysorski depressed and reclusive, much to Dr. Go's enjoyment.
After rescuing Dr. Go from Castle Kuro, Crypto is instructed by him to fetch the three codes from each of the three code keepers. When being sent to meet Yuki to collect her code, Dr. Go insists they will begin their relationship again upon learning of his survival. Disguised as a White Ninja, Crypto meets Yuki and delivers the news, insisting that she must meet him. Upon questioning why she must see him, Crypto can select one of two responses that have differing outcomes.
He may have no clear reason and Yuki will confess her having "moved on", suggesting she no longer seeks romantic relationships. Alternatively, Crypto may insist they reminisce on their past such as writing haiku, to which Yuki unexpectedly admits her love for haiku and wholeheartedly offers her love for Dr. Go.
After assassinating Soysorski for the final code piece, Crypto will dryly state that Yuki's available for Dr. Go again "... for the moment", suggesting that Crypto predicts they will inevitably break up again.
Yuki reappeared in the Odd Job: The Ravages of Mohgra, where she is concerned about giant eggs washing up on the beach, knowing they belong to Mohgra. It appears she remained affiliated with the KGB despite what happened to Dr. Go, as she requests help from them to dispose of the eggs in the Volcano. Unaware that the agent she spoke to was Crypto in disguise, she insists they use a flying saucer to drop them in.

Trivia[]
- Yuki can be seen talking to a man near a village at the bottom of the volcano and could be killed, but re-spawned the next time that Crypto visited Takoshima.
