The Multifuron Menu with the second player active.
Multifuron is a game mode in Destroy All Humans! 2 that allows a second player to join in from the pause menu, in which the second player controls a Multifuron Clone of Crypto.
The two Cryptos share Ammo for all weapons (Except the Zap-O-Matic), and are connected together with an invisible tether that glows green when stretched too far. This tether will teleport players to the other after some resistance. Players can play the story campaign and odd jobs together, or play special versus minigames by talking to a special Holopox Unit.
Additionally the Saucer has a turret firing Disintegrator bullets mounted to it.

Duel mode has the two players fight each other after collecting a selected weapon from a datacore in front of them.
PK Tennis[]
PK Tennis consists of the two players tossing a human back and forth on a tennis court made of light, first to 15 points wins.
Trivia[]
- This is the only multiplayer mode to allow playing through singleplayer missions.
- Duels will make the victim get cloned.
- If playing on the PS4 version of Destroy All Humans! 2, the graphics may dramatically decrease.
