Miss Rockwell is the blonde bombshell pageant contestant at Rockwell in Destroy All Humans! and its Remake.

Miss Rockwell was the champion of the Rockwell Beauty Pageant at the county fair. This blonde, bodacious, and beautiful young woman is described as having "a brain the size of a peanut, with glutes the size of cantaloupes". This may be the reason why she was the winner, despite the fact that she was almost certainly the least intelligent person to attend the county fair.

She was highly sought-after by the men of Rockwell, especially by the Mayor, who had perverse thoughts about her and planned to take advantage of her dumb and ditzy nature. After Crypto hypnotised Miss Rockwell to leave the fairgrounds and go to his Saucer, he abducted, interrogated, and probed her, remarking that it was “going to be good”.

After Miss Rockwell’s abduction and probing by Crypto, she was featured in a local newspaper article that claimed she had been sent to the Shady Pines Sanitarium.

In Destroy All Humans! 2, she was briefly mentioned by the White Ninja Leader during a conversation in the mission, The Revenge of the Ninja. Crypto would also later reveal that she did not object to him probing her.

• Miss Rockwell was referenced in Destroy All Humans! 2 by the White Ninjas in Takoshima when comparing their kidnapping of a woman to Crypto kidnapping Miss Rockwell, which Crypto said "was different".
• Miss Rockwell is briefly mentioned in the Destroy All Humans! 2 commentary video "Salad Days with Pox & Crypto", remarking that she did not object to the probing "as if she had it done before".
• Miss Rockwell is obviously based on famous American actresses, models, and singers from the 1950s such as Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield, both blonde bombshells were known for playing starring or supporting roles that are similar to the character.
