The “Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti,” or KGB, are the main security agency of the Soviet Union, serving as a foreign intelligence agents and secret police for the Soviet government.

Primarily composed of zealous supporters of Russia's communist doctrines, they serve as the agents of Premier Milenkov to carry out his fiendish master plan at home and abroad. Thus, they serve as the main opponent of Crypto for much of Destroy All Humans! 2 and Destroy All Humans! 2 Reprobed.

Appearance[]

KGB agents come primarily in the form of humans wearing black dress suits. Additionally, Reprobed adds two other appearances for KGB agents. One wears a balaclava and a black short-sleeved tactical outfit with glowing grenades strapped to their chest. Another is dressed in a black polo shirt and pants combo.

The exact variants of KGB agents differ between Destroy All Humans! 2 and Reprobed.

In Destroy All Humans! 2, the only variant of KGB Agent is the black suited agent, who wields a Mauser C96 pistol. They prove a minimal threat on their own, but are capable of swarming Crypto quickly.

In Reprobed, there are three variants. As in DAH! 2, the primary form of KGB agents are those wearing black suits and wielding pistols. However, the remake changes their Mausers into more reasonable Makarovs. They continue to be minimal threats, but now are supported by two tougher variants. Muscular agents with grenades on their chests are fully capable of using them, firing explosives towards Crypto with an AGS-17 grenade launcher. Other bulky agents wearing dark shirts lack explosives, but make up for his by rapidly firing their anachronistic AKS-74U submachine guns at the Furon.

Orange-suited Cosmonauts are also aligned with the KGB and act as the primary defenders of the Russian base on Solaris. They wield highly advanced rifles, almost identical to those wielded by Majestic agents in the first game.
