Various G-Man Energy Weapons.

Energy Weapons were utilised by American Majestic agents during their conflict with Crypto in Destroy All Humans! and its Remake.

Overview[]

The advanced weaponry wielded by many Majestic agents was supposedly reverse-engineered from stolen Furon technology. Though Pox considers them to be “hilarious imitations,” they are nonetheless deadly.

G-Man Energy Pistol[]

The Energy Pistol is the most common type of “upgraded” weapon wielded by Majestic agents. In the original Destroy All Humans!, it had a polished chrome body and fired blasts of blue energy. It made a distinctive sound each time it was fired.

G-Man Energy Rifle[]

The Energy Rifle was a slightly less common weapon produced by Majestic for its agents. In the original Destroy All Humans!, it had a jet-black body and fired blasts of green energy. It took longer to fire than the smaller Energy Pistol, but was able to cause more damage.

Silhouette’s Energy Pistols[]

These custom Energy Pistols were dual-wielded by Silhouette herself. In the original Destroy All Humans!, they were silver in color, fired blasts of pink energy and could emit clusters of plasmatic bombs.

Early concept art for Destroy All Humans! Remake revealed that Silhouette’s pistols were originally intended to mimic the weapons wielded by Crypto. For example, they could switch to firing-modes that resembled the Disintegrator Ray and Zap-O-Matic.

Trivia[]

  • In Destroy All Humans! 2, Russian Cosmonauts on Solaris wield Energy Rifles that are almost completely identical to those used by Majestic agents in the first game. However, they differ in that they fire orange energy blasts and don’t appear to be as powerful.
  • The term “G-Man” is commonly used to refer to shadowy government agents, such as those who work for Majestic.
  • In the original Destroy All Humans!, every Majestic agent wielded an Energy Weapon. However, in the Remake, they are instead limited to agents encountered later in Crypto’s invasion. Those encountered earlier instead wield “pieces” and Thompson Submachine Guns.
