Brain Extract was a deadly Psychokinetic ability that Crypto is able to use. With it, he could make a victim's head explode and free the brainstem from their body.
Overview[]
The main reason that Crypto was sent to Earth was to collect human brainstems, which could be harvested for Furon DNA. There were a number of different ways for Crypto to extract brains: the Anal Probe, extracting brainstems from dead humans, or extracting them from living humans.
During the process of extraction, the human's head swelled, exploded and then threw the fresh brain onto the ground, allowing Crypto to collect it.
