Aliens stole my brainstem! was the 5th mission in Destroy All Humans! It was a direct sequel to the previous mission, Televisions of Doom! Crypto collected 12 overloaded Brain Stems of Humans and 300 DNA. That was one of the easiest missions, but could be quite long if Crypto got a high enough Alert Level or tried to remain stealthy throughout the entire mission.
